Task: Structures & Site Manager
Action:
- Reporting to Executive Producer & HOD of Production
- Regular Site visits with the production team & clients
- Weekly status meetings with Production and Sales
- Building production-related schedules and spreadsheets.
- Building of the load-in schedule in collaboration with the production team
- Oversight & management of Site Managers, Runners, Suppliers & Private Concessions
- Oversight & management on all infrastructure on site
- Production Assistance in the lead up to the event
- On-site production assistance
- Liaison with suppliers and the production team
Accurate communication with suppliers and the 9 Hour team
